I have been using dietary supplements for over a decade, besides getting my regular dose of Vitamins C, D, and E, I also take sports supplements.

How to prevent your body from building up a tolerance?

I have personally noticed that I get the best results with taking most supplements for 8 weeks suspending for a few weeks and then begin the cycle again.
The next time you feel that your sports supplements have stopped working they may have, especially if you have been taking them for several months.
Sports supplements without a doubt deliver the best results during the first 6-8 weeks, it takes about a week for the benefits to kick in.
After several weeks you may notice the benefit may start to dwindle. When this occurs it’s best to suspend them for a few weeks. This process is called cycling, most people will get the best results when cycling any supplement for four to six weeks, suspending for a few weeks, and then resume the process.
