<p>Most of us have seen fitness models with nice and shapely butts and we often look at them with envy. While some women claim they have achieved a beautiful butt by exercising this is often not true at all. In this article, I will tell you how to get a bigger butt with or without exercise.</p>
<p>What a lot of women do not realize is that getting bigger glutes is not easy, some women have a nice but because they are genetically gifted and don&#8217;t require much effort, other women will need to be creative in order to not only increase the size of their buttocks but to enhance the shape.</p>
<p>What makes the buttocks bigger?</p>
<p>Your buttocks or gluteus are composed of major muscle groups, covered by a layer of fat.</p>
<p>Don&#8217;t skip leg day!</p>

<p>If you have high expectations of making your butt bigger with pills alone you will be disappointed, the best way to increase the size of your glutes is with exercise, pills will only enhance your efforts but only by a small margin, my recommendation would be to focus more on <a href="https://womenandmuscle.com/best-butt-exercises-for-women/">butt firming exercises</a> and save your money.</p>

<p>In a previous article, I outlined some ways to make your glutes bigger without exercise. The size of your butt is often determined by genetics. In this article, I will outline some natural ways you can grow glutes without exercise.</p>
<p>These methods DO NOT involve surgery and they can be done at home.</p>
<p>I&#8217;m sure most of you are asking, is it even possible to grow glutes without exercise? The answer is yes.</p>
<p>I&#8217;m going to tell you from my personal experience how you can grow glutes without exercise, each method below I have used so results are based on my own experience which can vary.</p>
<p>I have been working out for a couple of decades and I know how hard it can be to increase the size of your glutes, I personally was not blessed with good genetics so I have a rather flat bottom.</p>
<p>My frustrations sent me looking for ways I could enhance my booty without surgery, after a lot of extensive research and trying different methods I found a few methods that help make my glutes bigger.</p>
<p>Before we dive in further it&#8217;s important to understand the anatomy of your butt.</p>
<p>Knowing what gives your glutes their shape will help you better understand how to make them shapelier.</p>
<p>There are some parts of your bottom that cant be changed such as the bone structure.</p>
<p><strong>Your butt is composed of:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Muscle</li>
<li>Bone (Pelvis)</li>
<li>Fat</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>There are three muscles that make up the buttocks:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Gluteus Maximus</li>
<li>Gluteus Medius</li>
<li>Gluteus Minimus</li>
</ul>
<p>These muscles can grow in size by working out and targeting each area, the muscles will only grow if stimulated with <a href="https://womenandmuscle.com/best-butt-exercises-for-women/">exercise</a>, without it you will your glutes won&#8217;t grow much.</p>

<p>The pelvis is the structure that both muscle and fat attach to and makes up the structure of your glutes. This is one part of the body you cannot change.</p>
<p>Women typically have a wider pelvis than men and is associated with femininity, a wider pelvis also allows for childbirth.</p>
