How to Tell if Women are Using Steroids
Steroids are a substance that is commonly used by male athletes and bodybuilders, we know that somen women use steroids but sometimes it’s hard to tell f they are taking them.
We often hear horror stories of the side effects steroids can cause women, many of them are real and sometimes the side effects from steroids cannot be reversed.
In this article, I am going to talk a little bit about steroids, the side effects and give you some clues on how to tell if women are using them.
Hardcore vs casual steroid use
Like with anything, some women go to extremes, these are women who want a big muscular body, other women limit their steroid use to just a few months to eliminate body fat and gain some muscle.
What are anabolic steroids?
Anabolic steroids are prescription substances that are often used in the treatment of medical conditions.
They have been used in aids patients to help them gain weight or in the treatment of bone wasting diseases such as osteoporosis.
Anabolic steroids are based on the male sex hormone testosterone.
In the fitness and bodybuilding world, anabolic steroids are taken without medical supervision to increase muscle mass and increase overall strength and athletic performance.
If used to gain muscle and enhancing sports performance anabolic steroids can cause serious side effects and even cause you to become addicted to them.

The above is often considered female-friendly, however that term should be used loosely. Any kind of anabolic steroid will cause side effects. In theory, the smaller doses will tend to not have as many side effects.
Some steroids can literally transform a woman’s body within just a few weeks.
Steroids that are extremely anabolic and androgenic include:

How to tell if women are using steroids?
A lot of women you see at the gym you would probably not know they are taking steroids, many of the side effects are often subtle. Once again, this all depends on the steroids women are using.
Women who take Anavar, Primobolan, and Winstrol.
These are milder steroids whose main purpose is to help women increase toned muscle and burn body fat. These steroids if taken in low doses will unlikely cause noticeable side effects.
When taken in high doses you may notice subtle side effects.
If you see women with extremely firm muscle, pronounced vascularity (veins popping), and low body fat they are most likely taking them.
Women who are extremely shredded are most likely using steroids.
Other women may take Anavar with Clenbuterol, which is not a steroid, its a stimulant drug women sometimes use to burn body fat, sometimes it may be combined with steroids for enhanced fat burning.
Women who take Dianabol, Deca, Trenbolone, and Testosterone
These are steroids that are highly anabolic and are capable of turning even the average guy into a superhuman muscular giant, imagine what it can do to women.
Women taking the above steroids will generally have abnormal muscle mass and usually suffer from severe side effects.
If you see women with an unusual muscular body you will also notice they have a deeper voice, they will also tend to have thinning hair. Many of the women will have smaller breasts and low body fat.
Women who have been taking steroids for a long time may have more pronounced features that can be noticed in their face such as their jaw, chin, and forehead.
Women with extreme muscle development have almost no body fat and many of them suffer from extreme hair loss and have had cosmetic breast surgery.
If you ever see these women workout you may notice that they are strong as hell and can lift a lot of weight. Many of them are able to train for a long time and they don’t seem to show much sign of fatigue.
The above are just some basic guidelines on how to tell if women are taking steroids, some women are genetically gifted, even so, it’s hard to find physical perfection in anyone no matter how hard they work out.
Steroids are not the only way women may transform their body, cosmetic surgery is another way but this is another topic I may consider writing about in the future.
